in accordance to art.15, art.16 and art.20 of the Consumer Protection Act, we inform You that all sales prices for goods offered by us are publicly announced and available through the company's official website: starnails.bg
All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN) and euro (EUR) at the official fixed exchange rate of 1.95583 BGN/EUR, include VAT and all mandatory fees, and are updated promptly. For registered business clients and trading partners with individual contractual terms, the final prices are determined personally through the integrated ERP system and the concluded agreements, according to art. 2, item 2 of the ZPA.
Preparation for the introduction of the EUR in Bulgaria
Concerning upcoming introduction of the euro as the official currency from 1 January 2026, the company is introducing the following organization:
- From 8 august 2025 till 8 august 2026 prices will be displayed simultaneously in BGN and EUR, applying the fixed exchange rate of 1.95583.
- Till 31 december 2025 all payments will be made only in BGN.
- From 1 till 31 january 2026 all cash payments will be accepted in both BGN and EUR.
- After 31 january 2026 all cash payments will be accepted only in EUR.
- Starting 1 january 2026 all bank transfers and card payments will be made only in EUR.
With this organization, Star Nails Bulgaria guarantees transparency, legality and protection of its clients and partners interests, while complying with the requirements for public disclosure of prices for end users and ensuring a smooth transition to the new official currency.
